(For Bookings Made Over the Phone or Offline)

Terms & Conditions – Flights

International Flights

When traveling internationally, the Montreal Convention governs airline liability in cases of passenger injury or fatality. Travelers are responsible for ensuring all required documentation, such as valid passports and visas, are in place for entry, transit, or travel to foreign destinations. These documents may be requested during your journey. FlightOTicket.co.uk is not liable if you fail to obtain the necessary documents. We recommend reviewing any restrictions, alerts, or announcements issued by the destination country’s authorities before traveling.

Visa and Passport Requirements

Confirm visa and passport requirements with the appropriate Embassy or Consulate before traveling. Requirements can change without notice, so always verify before finalizing your booking. FlightOTicket.co.uk is not responsible for denied boarding due to missing documentation. Ensure all required documents are available for inspection by airport authorities, airlines, or transit administrations, even if remaining within the airport.

Health Requirements

Travelers should ensure compliance with vaccination and health regulations required for their destination. Consult a healthcare professional to confirm any additional requirements, such as medications or other medical precautions. Staying informed about health regulations is essential for a safe journey.

Airline Baggage Policies

Baggage allowances, fees, and restrictions vary by airline. While we strive to provide accurate information, confirm baggage policies directly with the airline or through their official website before departure. Unless explicitly stated, baggage fees are not included in the trip cost.

Check-In Requirements

Check-in times differ by airline. Adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Arrive at least 90 minutes before departure for domestic flights.
  • Arrive at least three hours before departure for international flights.

Airline Schedule Changes

Airline schedules may change due to technical issues, weather, or civil unrest, affecting direct or connecting flights. FlightOTicket.co.uk is not responsible for these changes, which are managed by the airline.

In case of cancellations or schedule changes, we will notify you via phone or email and provide available options, per airline policy. Contact the airline’s customer service at least 72 hours before departure to confirm travel details. Once checked in, any changes or delays are to be addressed directly with the airline.

Cancellations and Refunds

Unless stated otherwise, bookings are generally non-refundable. Cancellations within four hours of booking may qualify for a full refund, subject to airline policy. Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take 60 to 90 days, with applicable service charges deducted.

Contact Centre Booking Service Fee

For bookings via the FlightOTicket.co.uk contact centre, a service fee ranging from £10 to £200 per passenger applies. Comprehensive travel insurance is recommended to cover cancellation fees or deposit losses.

Credit Card Chargebacks

If you have concerns about charges, contact us before initiating a chargeback. Improper chargeback requests may result in reservation cancellations. Disputes will be verified using recorded calls or service interactions.

Terms & Conditions – Holiday Packages

General Conditions

Terms specific to holiday packages override other service terms. FlightOTicket.co.uk reserves the right to update these terms without notice, effective immediately upon posting.

Pricing and Payment

Prices apply exclusively to complete vacation packages and exclude itemized costs for individual services. Taxes, fees, and service charges are included, but additional surcharges by travel suppliers are the traveler’s responsibility. Government entry or exit fees, travel insurance, and incidental charges are not included.

FlightOTicket.co.uk accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. By providing credit card details, you authorize payment for the vacation package. Travel providers, such as hotels, may require a valid credit card at check-in for security deposits or additional fees.

Responsibilities

We negotiate rates with independent vendors for packages but are not agents of these suppliers. Travelers should address service-related issues directly with suppliers. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover cancellations or changes.
